ABOUT THE AUTHOR Ram Nandan Singh

Dr. Ram Nandan Singh is Currently a Reader engaged in teaching and research in the Department of Buddhist Studies at University of Jammu since 1988.  He has the degree of M.A. as well as M.Phil. from University of Delhi, and Ph.D. from University of Jammu.  He has a published widely on Buddhism.
